Loosing weight is not simple, especially if you step on to the scales and either see no change or that you have put on weight on!

What would you choose if I asked you to choose 1 of the following?
1) You weigh your ideal weight - but looked the same
2) You look as you desire - but weigh the same
I think I know what you would choose, obviously either one is impossible. However it helps you reflect on your goals. Is what you weigh the ultimate factor of your success? The answer is no. Your health is due to your body composition of fat, water, and muscle. You should therefore not just measure your weight, but measure your body.
